Toile' Royal Prince was the 2 year old Pony Hunter Breeding Reserve Champion for USEF Zone 10 in 2009. Awards were presented in Las Vegas, Nevada January 8th, 2010.
Toile' Royal Prince is also the Pony Hunter Breeding Champion 2009 for Sacramento Area Hunter Jumper Association (SAHJA). Additionally, he has been started under saddle and is progressing very well.
A Christmas Clinic held December 21st through 24th, 2009 with a Christmas Show. Children learned about colors, markings, feeding and health of ponies in addition to improving and showing their riding skills.
Year End 2008 final results-
Toile' T.S. Elliott received the Reserve Champion award in the Pony Hunter Breeding division of SAHJA for the 2008 show season. He also was the Reserve Champion for the 2008 USEF/USHJA Zone Horse of the year.
Toile' Royal Prince received the third place award in the Pony Hunter Breeding division of SAHJA for the 2008 show season.
Jessica Baum riding *Moelgarnedd Darlun for the 2008 show season of the WPCAC received the Rocking Horse Ranch perpetual trophy and was the Champion of the year for Lead Line. Darlun also received the Champion award for Hunter 12.2 and under for the Southwest region of the WPCSA.
Iwana Miracle received the Reserve Champion for English Pleasure Half-Welsh for the 2008 Southwest region of the WPCSA.
*Telynau Pirouette(sold to Abigail Beck) was the Reserve Champion for Child's First Pony for the Soutwest Region of WPSCA 2008 show year. Iwana Show Off was third for the 2008 USEF/USHJA Zone Horse of the Year award.
November 9, 2008 Historic Nelso Ranch show-
*Telynau Dominique received the award of the Best Pony of the show. She placed mostly 1st or 2nd in her classes, Toile' Royal Prince was 2nd in the Pony Hunter Breeding, *Moelgarnedd Darlun placed 1st in the Open Pleasure, Toile' T.S. Elliott won the HNR Champonship and was 1st in the Pony Hunter Breeding.
August 9, 2008 Starr Vaughn, Sacramento Area Hunter and Jumper Association show- Toile' T.S. Elliott came 2nd in the pony hunter breeding class. Toile' Royal Prince came 3rd and Mcdreamey came 4th. They combined the 1, 2 and 3 year old classes. *Telynau Dominique earned a 2nd and 6th in her hunter classes - her 1st show in any type of performance classes. Her class was big. Needless to say we were happy.
July 31, 2008 - Just returned from Wales after attending the Royal Welsh Show. Several of the Toilé ponies' grandsires and dams placed first in their in-hand classes. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at a luxury bed and breakfast, the Fron (www.thefron.net) in Garth, Llangammarch Wells, Powys before being hosted by Rhiain, Alan and Sara Ackers and home of Seiont Rhun of the Parciau Farm in Gaernarfon. We enjoyed being shown many wonderful Cobs by the Ackers.
July 26, 2008 Historic Nelson Ranch, Sacramento Area Hunter and Jumper show - Toile' T.S. Elliott won his in-hand class and then won the Best Pony award. Toile' Royal Prince won his in-hand class and *Moelgarnedd Darlun won her classes and was the Division Champion in Hunter. McDreamy got 2nd in the yearling pony breeding class, and Lois Lane (Lacey) placed 1st in Walk-trot and 2nd in Roakie Walk trot.
July 18, 2008 at Toile Farms - We had a pony show at Toile' Farms which was a big success. All the pony campers got to show off the skills they learned in the pony camp which was followed by awards and a pizza party. Our youngest, 5 year old showed her newly acquired grooming and riding skills to the crowd.
May 30, 2008 Paso Robles show- Lois Lane "Lacey" was double grand champion Half-Welsh mare shown in hand. *Telynau Pirouette placed 2nd under both judges in the Section B mares.
May 25, 2008 Mar Val Welsh Show- *Moelgarnedd Darlun won her hunter division and 1st in the Leadline class and Leading rein classes. Toile' T.S. Elliott (her son) placed 2nd under one of the judges in his in-hand class and 5th and 4th in the English Pleasure classes. *Telynau Pirouette placed 1st Registered Welsh Walk/trot Pleasure and 1st Walk/Trot Equitation and 2nd in child's First Pony.
May 11, 2008 Sacramento Area Hunter and Jumper Association Show- Toile' T.S. Elliott won 1st in hand. From our yearlings, Toile' Royal Prince was 2nd and Mcdreamey won 3rd in hand.
